How TiviMate IPTV Works

Getting started takes four straightforward steps. Here is exactly what happens from choosing a plan to watching your first channel.

Choose, contact, receive and set up.

  1. Step 1: Choose your subscription

    Pick the plan length that suits you — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

  2. Step 2: Contact us to order

    Send your order through our contact page. It opens WhatsApp with your plan pre-filled.

  3. Step 3: Receive your details

    Once your order is confirmed, we send your subscription details privately.

  4. Step 4: Set up your player

    Enter the details in TiviMate or another compatible IPTV player and start watching.

What happens at each step

Step 1: Choose your subscription

  • Every plan includes the same service — only the duration differs: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • Longer plans have a lower cost per month. The pricing page shows the exact figures.
  • Not sure your device is suitable? Check the device guide before you order.

Step 2: Contact us / complete the order

  • Select “Get Started” on a plan. The contact page opens with that plan already selected.
  • Add your name, email and any questions, then choose “Send via WhatsApp”.
  • WhatsApp opens with your message pre-filled. We reply to confirm your order and how to complete it.

Step 3: Receive your subscription details

  • Once your order is confirmed, your subscription details are sent to you privately.
  • These details are personal to your subscription. Store them safely and do not share them.
  • We never publish login details, playlist links or server addresses on this website.

Step 4: Set up a compatible IPTV player

  • Install an IPTV player on your device. TiviMate is a popular choice on Android TV and Fire TV; other platforms use other compatible players.
  • In the player, choose to add a playlist and enter your details exactly as provided.
  • The player loads your channels and, where supported, the TV guide. Then you can start watching.

What you need

Before you start

IPTV runs over your internet connection through a player app. Make sure you have the following in place.

  • A device that runs a compatible IPTV player app
  • The IPTV player app installed on that device
  • A stable broadband internet connection
  • Your subscription details, received after ordering

The player and the subscription are separate

TiviMate is an IPTV player application made by an independent developer. It organises channels and plays streams, but it does not provide any channels or content itself.

Your TiviMate IPTV subscription is what provides the content. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with the TiviMate app. Any paid upgrade for a player app, such as TiviMate Premium, is bought from that app's developer.
